They Came They Saw They Conquered

They came from a desert place far away.  We don't get to see them very often.  As always they conquered our hearts and as usual we all kept very busy.  Take a look.....
At the county zoo.
Visiting a nature center in Rochester, Minn.
Deep underground in a mysterious cave.

Fishing
and catching crappies on beautiful Lake Zumbro.  And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Needless to say the grandparents are happy but quite exhausted......

  1. Nothing like being a Grandparent.
Every moment with our Grandchildren is a precious moment, indeed

  2. Yo are so lucky. We don't get to see the grandchildren nearly enough. They are an ever-expanding universe for us older folks who find our own world shrinking in our retirement to smaller and more manageable bites.

  4. Looks like a lot of fun. It's always a whirlwind of activity when our kids/grandkids visit. We wouldn't miss it for the world, but we do require a bit of recuperation time afterward!

  29. Happy but quite exhausted. That describes this set of grandparents after visits, too. But there is time afterwards to rest and savor those precious memories.

Looks you kept those beautiful grands busy busy.
