Troutbirder: Stories Past and Present of The Nature Loving Life
have heard from several other bloggers that had the same problem. definitely something happening on google's end. i was able to do so without an issue yesterday.
ReplyDeleteI'm having no problems uploading pics. Do you get some kind of error message when you try? Are up uploading the right format (JPG, for example). If you can describe what happens when you attempt to place a picture, I might be able to help.
ReplyDeleteCan you put pictures on your other blog or are you restricted in both cases? I've had this happen to me but then it clears up. Let me know what happens.

Its Jo again, she said on the blog that she would help anyone having problems posting pictures, not YOU specifically.
ReplyDeleteAh, I know this one. I believe it occurs when you have suddenly reached your first unit of memory. At this point, Google storage shouts it out, and Google goes into business mode and attempts to sell you more memory. It happened to me, and I was about to close all my blogs when, suddenly, I was able to upload again!

Report the problem and then wait for the blogger fairy (or demon) to take action. They never seem able to identify the source of problems nor how they were resolved. My ability to load again returned like magic with no warning. Hope things are fixed soon.

ReplyDeleteI hardly ever use blogger anymore - too uncooperative. I use live writer for composing and adding pics. Works much better, plus, with one little click I can post on either blog - or both. The old version of blogger was so much easier and looked better, too. (IMHO)
ReplyDeleteI would have no sensible input. Inthink Blogger is just very moody. However, ever since Happy Days (Debbie) Blog couldn't upload photos for quite awhile, she finally went and deleted a bunch of old posts to make more memory room. So, I've been doing the same. If they start charging me, I'll drop blogging, as much as I love it.
ReplyDeleteHi, Troutbirder! Had the same problems, probably related to my new computer with IE7. Mozilla Firefox works quite well but I just saved my photos to my Google+ account which can be uploaded using the Picasa Web Upload option. That worked for my most recent post. Now, I'm having problemswith my comments not being uploaded to other bloggers' pages. I will see if this one gets uploaded!
