Investigating The Issue.....
The photo upload icon is not
appearing for some users on Internet Explorer. We're investigating the issue and
will update this post as soon as we have more information.
This from "help" . I wonder if I should hold my breath..... grrrrrr?
Don't believe them when they say they will update when they have resolution. The problem will suddenly go away but you will not likely get any update. You simply have to keep trying to post.
Hi Troutbirder...I use Internet Explorer and I was having the same problem. I tried going through Firefox and I had no problem with the pictures. Maybe this will work for you too.
I use Google Chrome without any issues. I have also had good luck with Mozilla Firefox, but I have had problems in the past with Internet Explorer, so I quite using it altogether.
I have problems on the Mac with Chrome. I couldn't leave comments on some blogs. So I quit using it. I like Internet Explorer and Safari but the one of choice, for me, is Firefox.
Some other people are having problems.. here is a solution that worked for one gal.
Go to the html at the top of were you write your blog.Click the picture button there added then switched back over to compose. Sounds hard but once you are there you'll see it and it's easy. Maybe that will help. :)
The solution might be just to switch to another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. Have you tried that yet?
ReplyDeleteTry Firefox. I never use Internet Explorer anymore.
ReplyDeleteGo to Mozilla.com to download Firefox.
ReplyDeleteI use Google Chrome, on advise from son in law, who is a microsoft programmer. Easy to use.
ReplyDeletei use google chrome and have not had a problem. might want to try it.

ReplyDeleteI don't think the problem is related to a specific browser. It's likely a "hit or miss" with some users.
ReplyDeleteAgreeing with NC about the updates, that rarely happens.
ReplyDeleteKeep trying and try another browser. I like my Firefox.
Mine was telling me my browser was full and pay for more space. i kept trying every few days and it fixed itself.hope it stays that way.
