So it's been some few weeks now since a book review or our vacation or nature wanderings being posted. . Other kinds of wandering have involved 911 calls and stays at Mayo's St.Mary's hospital in Rochester in the meantime. The excitement of the "Golden Years" as they say. Our motto remains the same. "We're a Team and We keep on Trukin".....
That's quite a geographic jump all the way to Rochester. And your second image has me worried. All the best.
ReplyDeleteAnvilcoud - Rochester, MN is where the Mayo Clinic St. Mary's Hospital is and it is only a few miles away from Troutbirder's home.
DeleteOh goodness. I am so sorry to hear this. Prayers, dear friend, for whatever you are going through.
ReplyDeleteOh no. Are you ok? Praying for you and Mrs. TB during this time.
ReplyDeleteIt's a challenge to keep up a good attitude in such a situation. Keep us informed.
ReplyDeleteGod bless both of you. Will be keeping both of you in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteYes, please keep me informed about the developments you mentioned. I'm hoping for the best for you.
ReplyDeleteYikes, I do hope the worst is past and that you two are doing much better. Please keep us informed. We do worry.
ReplyDeleteGrowing old is not for sissies:( I hope the hospital stay was short and that recovery has begun. Oldtimers sucks...that is what they call it up here instead of Alzheimers. Sending good thoughts your way. My Dad is taking a pill for his memory loss, it isn't helping very much.
ReplyDeleteYour love comes through loud and clear. I'm sending hugs and all good wishes for the very best to two wonderful blogger friends. Keep us posted.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts are withyou and Mrs. TB during this time. My father had Alzheimer's Disease. I only wish he had the services of such a great institution as the Mayo Clinic. PBS will air a Ken Burn's produced documentary called “The Mayo Clinic: Faith-Hope-Science” on Tuesday, September 25 at 9/8C. https://www.pbs.org/kenburns/the-mayo-clinic/
ReplyDeleteI do love the picture of you both in your beautiful meadow of flowers.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you are facing 911 calls, hospitals, etc. We took care of my grandpa through the challenges of Alzheimer's and it's a tough trail. Your love for your wife will get you both through. Hugs the you both.
ReplyDeleteDear Troutbirder, you and your wife are in my prayers. I hope you both know the healing that you need right now. Peace.
ReplyDeleteThat's our Golden Years Motto as well. It is what it is and you muddle through it. Thinking positive thoughts for both of you.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, doesn't sound like much fun. Love to you both and keeping you in prayer.
ReplyDeleteOh dear.…………………………….
ReplyDeleteDear Troutbirder and Mrs B ... my thoughts and best wishes at this time - it just simply isn't easy ... but thank you for letting us know - take care ... Hilary
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about the health issues, Troutbirder. The golden years indeed. We went through it with both of our parents and we're into our own golden years now, too. Good health for as long as possible! Wishing you and your wife well.
ReplyDeleteIt's a heavy load for both the caregiver and the patient.
